The Summer 2003 issue of The Adirondack Review is now on-line in its entirety, featuring new poetry by A. E. Stringer, Rebecca Cook, Brandon Shimoda, Sebastian Levy, and others. The featured poet for this issue is D. C. Berry, whom TAR's Colleen Marie Ryor also interviewed.. Fiction appears by Melanie Hauser, Andrew McNabb, Karen Dionne, and others.
Film reviews this issue include Chicago and Bruce Almighty. Also in the reviews section is the ever-popular book review column by TAR's Ace Boggess. This issue Ace reviews books by David Citino, Richard Perez and Carol Muske-Dukes.
Visual art is provided by four artists and photographers.
In other news, TAR is happy to welcome Kevin Houglum and Caroline Meyer as our new interns. Kevin is a senior English major at The University of Wisconsin at La Crosse and is also minoring in German and Environmental Science. Caroline is a student at Kenyon College in Ohio and recently studied abroad in Switzerland. Her majors are French Literature and Psychology.
We are also very pleased to announce the establishment of the first annual 46er Prize for Short Fiction. The winner will receive $500 and publication in The Adirondack Review.
